About the role:

We are looking for a Game Designer with 5+ years of experience to further develop Color Slide, even though it is already commercially successful and has the potential to be a hit.

What are you working on?
  • The name of the project(s): Color Slide
  • Genres: Puzzle, Casual
  • Platforms: Mobile
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Formulating hypotheses to improve the game and helping to implement them.

  • Supporting studios in developing long-term plans and team development.

  • Working with game mechanics: developing concepts and technical specifications.

  • Working with Live Ops and project monetization.

  • Supporting the feature development process.

  • Working with analytics: analyzing released mechanics, forming data-driven hypotheses to improve current mechanics and the project as a whole.

  • Testing and evaluating game quality at various stages of development through build reviews.

  • Monitoring new products and potentially interesting features in other games.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 5+ years of experience as a Game Designer in mobile f2p games of which at least the last 2 years with hybrid casual/casual genres.

  • Experience of creating and maintaining documentation (concepts, GDDs, balance sheets).

  • Experience of overseeing feature development from concept to release.

  • Experience with LiveOps and monetization.

  • Understanding of key game product metrics and the ability to formulate hypotheses for A/B tests.

    Would be a plus:

  • Experience with hybrid casual puzzle projects.

  • Experience as a Feature Owner / Lead.
