We’re looking for an expert in Growth Marketing who will participate in product strategic development of the company's product.
What are you working on?
- Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Responsible for marketing KPI achievements of the product (Facebook, Google, TT, etc)
Participate in product strategic development and lead cross-team initiatives
Ensure the revenue increase by finding and implementing growth points
Analyze the market and competitors to determine performance marketing needs and advantages
Formulate and test hypotheses to identify effective solutions
Build a complete and understandable funnel for the user that generate revenue (Creatives, UA, Monetization)
Seek out-of-the-box solutions and growth hacks to outperform competitors
Manage projects and optimize team workflows
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
English B2+
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (FB, Google, TT etc)
Experience in working with large budgets
Ability to work with multiple projects
Experience in starting a project from scratch
Ability to build a team and establish processes
Holistic understanding of the connection between product and marketing
Understanding of the digital market, ability to analyze competitors and implement best practices, understanding of target audience
Analytical mindset, high level of working with data, experience in making data-driven decisions
The ability to organize and conduct team/cross-team meetings
Ability to present information in a clear and structured way, both orally and in writing
Time management skills, the ability to manage your workload, prioritize tasks and meetings, the skill of delegation
The ability to defend and justify one's point of view, the ability to effectively present and implement new ideas and concepts
