Senior Full Stack Developer

At Studio Firefly we create and live operate award-winning free to play mobile games for markets worldwide. You would be welcomed to a dedicated and inclusive environment and work with some of the most talented people in the industry.

We are looking for a senior full stack engineer to join our ranks! We have a tavern full of fun in the works.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• You will be developing on a live operated product;

• Supporting the team by helping create development aspects such as gameplay, UI integration, back-end integration etc.;

• Working to create new tools and systems for interactive real-time production;

• Interested in the identification and automatisation of repetitive development processes;

• Learning, researching, and implementing new technologies and SDKs related to the games;

• Working closely with other teams and managers;

• Knowing how to communicate with others (how to explain your ideas and how to listen to others);

• Documenting your work;

• Reviewing the work of others.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

The ideal candidate is self-directed and has a strong understanding of the development process, excellent communication skills, and a track record of consistently delivering. You will be expected help in improving how the team works while releasing on time with high quality.

Full Stack Engineer profile

• You have expert experience, at least 5 years with C++;

• You have at least 2 years’ experience in C# and Unity;

• You have at least 2 finished game projects on your CV in senior positions;

• You have experience with iOS and Android Mobile Development;

• You have an excellent understanding and practical experience of applying Software Architecture, how to structure a Unity project that scales, its workflows, pipelines, etc.;

• You have knowledge of Git;

• You have an excellent understanding of and experience with cross-platform development and client server applications;

• You are used to working in an agile, fast paced environments;

• You are a team player, an excellent communicator who loves to work in an international team;

• You’re self organized, motivated, focused and disciplined; a doer & maker.

 Nice to have knowledge in:

- Python, MongoDB, AWS, Scala, Java Script;

- Jenkins and other CI tools;

- Steam, Epic, Windows Platforms Development;

- Blockchain technologies.
